-=Massive Killing Capacity=-

UK Gaming clan Massive Killing Capacity was formed on Wireplay by Evil Santa (Tony Foley) and Blaze (Greg Slinn) in October 1998 to play Quake2. Soon after forming, [MKC] became a force to be reckoned with, recruiting some very respected players from clans like [ROK], [KAT], [GBU] and some other top unclanned players. People such as Tribal, Axe, kD, DocGonzo, Moneypenny, Kerensky, Nicotine, Ticktoc, Sgt. Simmo, Worldeater and Snakebite were household names on Wireplay at the time and helped [MKC] gain early respect from the Wireplay peons.

Since then, [MKC] have largely migrated to playing on the Net. We have clan practices three times a week to incorporate all the games we now play.

We started in Division 3 of the Quake2 WirePlay Deathmatch League winning it in our first season and followed that up by winning Division 2 the following season. Our two seasons in Division 1 saw us finish 4th and 3rd respectively.

Since commencing competitive Quake2 Internet play we have maintained a very high-standard league record being promoted to Division 1 (our fourth successive promotion). We also reached the final of the Free Cup competition three seasons ago, beating the (then) current champions on the way.

Now, whilst continuing to play Quake 2, we have expanded our activities into the realms of Unreal Tournament and Quake 3 Arena.

As far as Unreal Tournament goes, we entered the WP 4wesome league and won our first match. However, rule changes implemented immediately after the first week of games went against the clan's ideals and we withdrew. We are currently competing in the Barrysworld Unreal Tournament DeathMatch League and awaiting the start of the UKCCL UT League. In our first season of the BWUTL, we finished a respectable 4th, managing to field a team in every game despite the fact that our squad contained only 4 members for most of the season!

MKC is built on friendship and due to this, most of the original members are still with us today.
